Croydon Cougars Unveil Team Structure at 2025 Season Launch

The Croydon Cougars Sports & Social Club has officially kicked off their 2025 season with an impressive launch event showcasing the club's leadership structure and team organisation for the upcoming competitive year. Club President Domenic Monteleone heads the Executive Committee alongside Vice President Jen Favorito, Treasurer Sonia Monteleone, and Secretary Brooke Ellis. The general committee consists of four dedicated members: Jordan Di Bartolo, Gerry Piserchia, Natalie Monteleone, and Sarah Votino. The women's program appears robust with multiple teams and strong leadership. The A's team will be guided by Natasha Athanasiou, with Jen Favorito serving as captain and Brooke Ellis and Kat Katianos as vice captains. For the men's division, the club has assembled a comprehensive coaching staff and captain structure across multiple teams. The A's team will be led by Head Coach Anthony Tropiano with Jordan Di Bartolo and Elio Mastrangelo serving as assistant coaches. Josh Maio and Luka Kekez will co-captain the team, supported by vice captain Nick Tsiknis. The B teams for both men and women showcase the depth of the club, with Domenic Monteleone coaching the women's B squad and Jasmin Mujezinović leading the men's B team. The C's team will be guided by Nik Kazonis with Seth De Palma and Domenic Monteleone serving as co-captains. Founded in 1999, the Croydon Cougars continues to serve as both a sporting and social hub for the community, with the 2025 season looking to build upon their established tradition of athletic excellence and community engagement.
